Excalibur 2400 Electric Food Dehydrator w/ Thermostat, 4-Tray, Black

This item appears new - the box was open when I got it.  I plugged it in and the fan works and it heats up.  It's the Model 2400 - with 4 trays and screens as shown.
It also has the little book (about 28 pages) that covers some of the basics of dehydrating - but of course, there's tons of info on the internet.
This company has been in business for many years and has a great reputation.  They seem to hold their value very well, too.
