This electric countertop dehydrator lets you turn your leftover cuts of meat, hunting trip surplus, or past-their-prime fruits into preserved, tasty, healthy snacks for the whole family. 10 trays (each measuring 15 x 15 inches) are included, each made from aluminum with a grid design that allows for maximum airflow; the trays can be rotated and reinserted into the dehydrator to ensure even cooking. An adjustable thermostat ensures the compact kitchen dehydrator is properly evaporating the water within the food rather than cooking it. A 12-hour timer and overheat protection lets you get everything set up and continue with your day, knowing your dehydrator is working safely and efficiently.
